Today we made spaghetti bridges. We got the idea out of a school journal. You were only allowed to stick things together with sellotape and bluetac!!! Here are the finished bridges.
It had to be strong enough to hold the car. You had to be cooperative otherwise your bridge will break!!!!!!
This is a good idea. I will have to use it in my classroom in the future. We do something like this, except each group has to build the highest tower with only 30 straws. The tower has to support itself and you can only use the straws themselves.
