Today Caitlin read to Allanah on her iPad. Isn't she a great reader. She used the Show Me App.

3D Sketching

For geometry we were looking at drawing 3D shapes with Live Sketch. Lindsay had a go with the iPad and stylus. She achieved some great results.

Judah made these 3D drawings by hand as well.

Whakatu

Today we made photo collages using Pic Collage on the iPads. Today was really exciting cos we had Allanah's two iPads, her iPod Touch and a child's iPad to work with. So lots of learner had a chance to have a go.

We made the collages to go with the letters that the children are making to send to a school in Christchurch.

Kahurangi

Today we used Pic Collage to make a collage of all the fun things that happen during reading in Kahurangi.

And then Halley recorded a sentence about the collage she had made. She used Fotobabble. 

Thomas' Mum brought his two Spoodle puppies to school. They were very popular.

Hairy Maclary

Today we recorded our own voices when we read Hairy Maclary on the iPad. It is not very loud so turn your speakers up!
